Most Awaited Dawn -- Awaited Dawn (iii)

On a dark dusty road as I walk, Silence perceives and peace unlocks. Waving trees shed their leaves, Humankind sleeps except thieves. Wind takes away the dirt, With sweat wetting the nail-ridden shirt. Children dream of their favorite nightmare, Kicking off the pillows as the owls outside glare. Frightening from the shadows in the dark, Aura of someone sitting on the tree's bark. Waking up at night is like a three dollar bill, While peeping out of the window and standing still. Swims in the sky, the old town fairy, Dark lords hide inside the bushes of raspberry. Moon sets and sun rises , as the glory spawn, Please welcome the most awaited dawn. -ADS©

Last Crop

Last Crop   There goes the train, Here comes the rain. Beware of the drain, Medicate your strain. There is your seat, Here is your sheet. Beware of your feet, Cool down your heat. There comes the last stop, Here is your top. Beware of your drop, No more you can hop. Whatever you are farming, is now your last crop. -ADS©

Iti Siddham Kahani khatam!

Afternoon Rains ( Cold Rains-2 )

Afternoon Rains ( Cold Rains -2) Sequel for Cold Rains   Droplets splashing on my face, Nature flourishing with grace. Droplets washing the backstreet road, Hills weathering off all their load. Droplets rinsing my balcony shades, Clouds spawn as the sun fades. Droplets searching for the stinking gutter, Winds fasten as the flags flutter. Droplets wetting my Verandah, Plants absorb it for their new agenda. Droplets leaving my windows stained, Yesterday Afternoon , as it rained. -ADS©

As old as a Man gets

As Old as a Man gets   The day shines bright, as the moon sets. My window gets some light, as my curtains open. I grasp some views and sight, as the morning bets. The sparrows  & the rooster wake with eyes wide, As well as the buffalo with her stinking hide. I pass through the countryside, In the morning I prefer to walk in spite. Because,  The day shines bright, as the moon sets, Its time to get things right, as old as a man gets. -ADS©

Lane Of Life

Lane Of Life   In the night dark, Under the candle's spark, Someone is sitting, In a miniature room of his own fitting. In the day bright, Under the sun's light, Someone is working, In a tiring garage huffing and jerking. In the evening rainy, Under the moon light stainy. Someone is sitting at rest , On a cocoon chair and hands on his chest. In the night dark, Beside the nightingale's lark. Someone is sleeping, In a coffin, while others are weeping -ADS©

In The Hills So Far

In The Hills So Far   In the hills so far, On a road of tar, I'm driving my car. On the road of coal and char. In the hills so far, The sun sets and welcomes the stars, The moo shines bright on the roof of highway cars. My car and many others stopped at restaurants and bars. I enjoyed a cup of tea in the bar. Under the moon and the pole star. Thinking about my life so far. Thinking about the scenario of the last spent hour. In the hills so far, On a road of tar. The stars vanished and the sun raised, The roads got trafficked with cars oversized. But, no one was in a hurry or surprised. Because, time has no value when it was priced, In the hills so far, On a road of tar. -ADS©

The Mail

The Mail   In the round hills of Aravalli, On the steep bridges on Godavari. The mail train honks silently, In the silent valley it goes on lonely. On the steep slopes of Western Ghats, Across the city roads vacant of cars and carts. On the banks of goddess Narmada, At the wedding of River Ganga and Alaknanda. Swimming through bridges over the sea, Traveling over the plateaus and lea. The mail train honks swift, As the birds of Kutch drift. The mail either loaded with posts, Or passengers having tea and toasts. Haulting at stations once or twice, Creeping through the V-valleys and farms of rice.I -ADS©

Until

Until This pen stops at every end of the line,  Until it gets started again, maniacal and fine. The ball rolls the ink to the paper, And the paper soaks it just like a parent's pamper. This full stops, I make never mind, Get vanished over the time and unwind. This poem never ends of life, Until you don't tear it with deaths knife. -ADS©

Enrichment of the Cold

Enrichment of the Cold It's the enrichment of the cold, It's the enlightenment of wearing the wool old. Ours the integrity of the cool breeze, Outta the interruptions of the cold that freeze. It's the time of playing the music of the dancing willows. It's the time to stitch to the pillows, It's the time of cold, It's the time for having something warm as told. -ADS©

Revolutions of the Fan

Revolutions of the Fan Watching the wall all day gives no fun, Counting the revolutions of my ceiling fan, And watching the drama of the clay-setting sun. Mounting my legs over my wall; wet and tan, Leaning over the windows and seeing the rider's stun. Stoning over the corners of the wall, I tend to break which I never can. Making new faces while looking on the street and the children who run. Adjusting my curtains the way I'd like and I can. Looking on myself while wasting all the day of sun. -ADS©

This Morn

This Morn This morn, I prefer to be quiet, To be resolved of every fight. This morn, I want to be calm, To be relieved of all tinglings of clocks of alarm. This morn, I wish harmony, To move, back those clashes with enemy(ies) This morn, I learn peace, To be lost, in the piece of peace. I wish this part of dawn, I prefer to be quiet this morn. -ADS©

Why is it so?

Why is it so?  Ever asked why trees are green, Or why those roads are too unclean. Why this earth is a round world? Or why it is a flat surfaces circled. Why is that clouds curled? And why are our heads skulled? Why is that water blue? Why so sticky is that glue? Why bark those dogs? Or why paper is made up of pulpy wooden bags? How are our hairs black? Or why those joggers always prefer running on track? Why are those chemicals flashed? Have you ever asked? -ADS©
